Q: How do I download Alienbrain?

Answer: Go to the download page. It's free for 2 users, for any use. For larger teams you would need to buy a license for each user.

We can also arrange for a time limited evaluation for more than 2 users - just contact our support team.

Q: How do I get a License for more than two users?

Answer: Please email support, including the license count you need and the Alienbrain hardware ID for your server.

You can find the ID on the License page of the Alienbrain Administration Client.

Q: What documentation is there for Alienbrain?

Answer: A "Getting Started" guide appears on first launch. Alienbrain is designed to be intuitive, so you should be able to get going right away.

For further help, documentation is available in C:\Program Files (x86)\Alienbrain\Documentation (Windows) and Applications⁩/⁨alienbrain/⁨Documentation (Mac).⁩

Can I be a reseller?

Answer: Maybe! There are already Alienbrain partners in Japan, Europe, and North America. Contact support to get in touch with them.
